Insurance

We accept most medical insurance plans, as well as most auto insurance plans. At the present time, Stem Cell Therapy and PRP Treatments are not covered by medical insurance.

Workers’ Compensation (Workman’s Comp)

We are certified by both NJ and NY to treat Workers’ Compensation patients. If you go to a non-certified doctor, your Workers’ Compensation may be invalid. Because injuries can have a delayed impact, after any workplace accident, contact us for an evaluation even if you believe it is not a serious injury. Even if you do not file a compensation claim immediately, you can do it up to two years after your accident. Feel free to call with any questions.

Payment

All insurance co-payments are due at your visit. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

Appointment Cancellation

Please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel.
All visits must be scheduled in advance.
